I was part of the hypnobirthing session with Isa. I didn't know anything about hypnobirthing before starting and I've been so surprised! Thanks to Isa and the preparation, I've given birth to my daughter in a wonderful relaxed environment. We are just so glad we were part of this preparation. What I loved the most is that my husband was 100% involved in the preparation so he did know exactly how to support me when I gave birth. My daughter is a very relaxed baby and we are already thinking about having a large family :-) A big thanks to Isa who was a very important person in this birth, since the process to give birth starts during the pregnancy and not in the delivery room :-).
