Prenatal Pilates classes are available to all Mothers-to-be after the 12th week of pregnancy. We offer attractive packages which you can purchase online or at our office when you attend the class.

We recommend that you check with your obstetrician before starting any exercise program.

As we keep the class sizes small for your comfort, we ask clients to register online for your next class.

Package Validity:

Prenatal pilates packages are valid for 12 weeks from estimated date of birth. Any remaining classes may be used for postnatal yoga within 12 weeks of birth. The packages are not refundable or transferable to another party.

  • Strengthens the abdominal muscles to cope with the strains caused by a growing tummy

  • Aids standing balance work to feel less clumsy

  • Stretches tight muscles around the neck, shoulders, back and legs to reduce discomfort
