Prenatal yoga & pilates clients should only do the classes after the 12th week of pregnancy.
Postpartum yoga & pilates clients should do their classes 6 weeks after a natural delivery or 12 weeks after a caesarean section.
We advise you to check with your doctor before starting any exercise program at your own risk.
Should you not be able to attend the class after booking a slot, please inform us at least 12 hrs prior to class commencing or you will lose a class credit.
If you have a genuine reason for missing your class, please contact Mother and Child as soon as possible to allow us to run the yoga/ pilates program smoothly.
Dates and Times
Prenatal Yoga: Tuesday 10:00 AM, Thursday 6:30 PM or Sunday 10:30 AM.
Postpartum Yoga: Tuesday 11.15 PM.
Prenatal Pilates: Tuesday 1.30 PM.
Postpartum Pilates: Tuesday 12.30 PM.
Baby Massage: Wednesday 11.45 AM. (fortnightly)
Postpartum Yoga: Tuesday 11:15 AM
** New class: Pelvic Floor Foundation: Every 4th Sunday of the month 9:30 AM (50 min class)
Validity of Packages: Prenatal yoga/ Pilates packages are valid for 12 weeks from the EDD of your baby. Any remaining classes may be used for postpartum yoga within 12 weeks of birth. The packages are not refundable or transferable to another party.
PLEASE ENSURE THAT YOU HAVE A VALID CLASS PASS PRIOR TO ATTENDING THE SESSIONS.
