New Mums Get Together - 2hr sessions on Fridays 11am - 1pm for all new mothers (2nd time, 3rd time and onwards too!) AND their babies to gather, share tips, have cake/ cookies and listen to opinion experts on various topics - including pelvic floor health, mental wellness, parenting, sleep and play.

Prenatal Yoga & Pilates - It is recommended that clients start classes after the 12th week of pregnancy.

Postpartum Yoga & Pilates - It is recommended that clients start classes 6 weeks after a natural delivery or 12 weeks after a caesarean section.

(We advise you to check with your doctor before starting any exercise program at your own risk)

Pelvic Floor Foundation Workshop -This workshop is designed to support pregnant women and new mothers by providing essential tools for pelvic floor health. Gain practical insights into how to care for and strengthen your pelvic floor during pregnancy and postpartum recovery.

Baby Massage - Classes are suitable for babies from 8 weeks to pre crawling stage.

 

Should you not be able to attend the class after booking a slot, please inform us at least 12 hrs prior to class commencing or you will lose a class credit.

If you have a genuine reason for missing your class, please contact Mother and Child as soon as possible to allow us to run the yoga/ pilates program smoothly.

Prenatal

Yoga : Tuesday 10:00 AM, Thursday 6:30 PM or Sunday 10:30 AM.

Pilates : Tuesday 1.30 PM.

Postpartum

Yoga : Tuesday 11.15 PM.

Pilates : Tuesday 12.30 PM.

Pelvic Floor Foundation

Last Sunday of the Month 9.30am

Baby Massage

Mondays 9.30am

Fridays 9am


** Kindly pre-book your preferred session latest by 5:00 pm a day before the class commences.

 

Postpartum Yoga: Tuesday 11:15 AM

** New class: Pelvic Floor Foundation: Every 4th Sunday of the month 9:30 AM (50 min class)

Validity of Packages: Prenatal yoga/ Pilates packages are valid for 12 weeks from the EDD of your baby. Any remaining classes may be used for postpartum yoga within 12 weeks of birth. The packages are not refundable or transferable to another party.

PLEASE ENSURE THAT YOU HAVE A VALID CLASS PASS PRIOR TO ATTENDING THE SESSIONS.
