New Mums Get Together - 2hr sessions on Fridays 11am - 1pm for all new mothers (2nd time, 3rd time and onwards too!) AND their babies to gather, share tips, have cake/ cookies and listen to opinion experts on various topics - including pelvic floor health, mental wellness, parenting, sleep and play.

Prenatal Yoga & Pilates - It is recommended that clients start classes after the 12th week of pregnancy.
Postpartum Yoga & Pilates - It is recommended that clients start classes 6 weeks after a natural delivery or 12 weeks after a caesarean section.
(New!) Mums & Bubs Yoga - Our 50-minute Mum and Baby Yoga class is designed to support your postpartum recovery in a relaxed and welcoming environment. Open to all new mums who are at least 6 weeks postpartum and cleared by their doctor to exercise, this intimate class offers a chance to reconnect with your body. You’re welcome to bring your pre-crawling baby along—exercises can be done with or without your little one, allowing you to adjust as needed.
We’ll focus on healing and strengthening your body, addressing common postpartum challenges such as lower back, wrists, and pelvic pain. The class is relaxed and supportive, with plenty of space to take breaks for feeding and changing your baby. With a maximum of 7 students, this small class ensures personalized attention and a sense of community as you navigate your postpartum journey.
(We advise you to check with your doctor before starting any exercise program at your own risk)
Should you not be able to attend the class after booking a slot, please inform us at least 12 hrs prior to class commencing or you will lose a class credit.
If you have a genuine reason for missing your class, please contact Mother and Child as soon as possible to allow us to run the program smoothly.

Yoga : Tuesday 10:00 AM, Thursday 6:30 PM or Sunday 10:30 AM.
Pilates : Tuesday 1.30 PM.
Postpartum
Yoga : Tuesday 11.15 AM.
Pilates : Tuesday 12.30 PM.
Mums & Bubs Yoga
Time : Sunday 9:30 AM.
** Kindly pre-book your preferred session latest by 5:00 pm a day before the class commences.

** New class: Pelvic Floor Foundation: Every 4th Sunday of the month 9:30 AM (50 min class)
Validity of Packages: Prenatal yoga/ Pilates packages are valid for 12 weeks from the EDD of your baby. Any remaining classes may be used for postpartum yoga within 12 weeks of birth. The packages are not refundable or transferable to another party.
PLEASE ENSURE THAT YOU HAVE A VALID CLASS PASS PRIOR TO ATTENDING THE SESSIONS.
