Prenatal Pilates classes are available to all Mothers-to-be after the 12th week of pregnancy. We offer attractive packages which you can purchase online or at our office when you attend the class.
We recommend that you check with your obstetrician before starting any exercise program.

Register for your next class
As we keep the class sizes small for your comfort, we ask clients to register online for your next class.
Package Validity
Prenatal pilates packages are valid for 12 weeks from estimated date of birth. Any remaining classes may be used for postnatal yoga within 12 weeks of birth. The packages are not refundable or transferable to another party.
Class cancellation
We reserve the right to cancel any class if the number of sign-ups does not meet the minimum required participants. In the event of a cancellation due to low enrolment, registered individuals will be notified within 6hrs of class commencement.
